Returns & Exchanges

At Happy Pet HQ, we want you and your furry friend to love your purchase; if the fit or style isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the pet apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
